In the Armon HaNatziv Complex, we are facilitating a redevelopment project in partnership with Rothstein Company and Golden City.
The project is the largest project in Jerusalem and extends over several streets, including approx. 500 existing apartments. As part of the project, all of the old buildings will be demolished and an innovative residential complex will be constructed with approx. 2,300 new residential units.
Such a largescale project is meticulously led by the developers in cooperation with the Jerusalem Municipality (authorities track) and accompanied by the best consultants and professionals in the industry.
